We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
Maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth delivery
Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other channels
Manage attendee registrations and respond to inquiries
Assist in the preparation of event materials and presentations

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
